In Advanced English, especially in Advanced English Speaking, people often use the phrase 'No Use' which means 'Not useful or Not helpful or Not possible or Useless'.
For example, when we say: 'It's no use crying anymore.', we mean that it is useless to cry anymore.
Let's Take Another Example,
When we say: 'It's no use. I can't do it right now.', we mean that 'It's not possible. I can't do it right now.'
* So, Of no use/No use = Not Helpful or Not Useful or Not Possible or Useless | Of no advantage or help
* 'It's of no use' means 'Something is useless to someone'.
